By utilizing various combinations of impeller sizes, staging and direction of gas travel, it is possible to produce models of varying capacities from the same basic components.

Equipped normally with two or more external bearings, stainless steel shafts, capable of 25 Torr (1" Hg Abs) with 60°F water, pressures of 12 Torr. and less, are possible with low vapor pressure fluids, atmospheric air ejectors can decrease this to about 3 Torr, compressor discharge pressures from atmospheric to approximately 25 PSIG are attained with single acting pumps, higher pressure requires the use of double acting multi-stage compressors

Extrusion Blow Moulds: Whether shuttle machines, wheel machines or reciprocating screw machines; thousands of extrusion blow moulds are designed for virtually every application. Moulds of single cavity or multi-cavity requirements in High Density Poly Ethylene [HDPE], Low Density Poly Ethylene [LDPE], Poly Propylene [PP], Ploy vinyl chloride [PVC] are designed with only the finest grades of aircraft aluminum, stainless steels, beryllium copper (BeCu), and beryllium-free alloys.

Each mould is designed and built to suit each individual purpose with elevated emphasis on high production capabilities, mould durability and longevity, as well as recognition of the need to satisfy critical lead times.

Spare parts: productivity, efficiency and the elimination of downtime are dependent upon availability of precision change parts.

Combustible Gas Detector

Portable instrument that detect and measure and pinpoint leaks of combustible gases and vapors.

Easy to carry, include integral neck and waist straps [leaving hand free for climbing, operating, or carrying additional equipment].

Note: Combustible gas are more or less considered as methane gas, which may not suit you, or your need, if you are interested to measure pure Hydrocarbon gases such as Ethylene, Propylene, Butane, Propane,... this product can be used in storage factories, or Bins, or Silos, Ship' Holds that there is a very high risk of Methane gas accumulation due to water, or moisture penetration.

Easily portable, ready for spot checks or continuous use, this battery powered hygrometer indicates both dew   point temperatures and moisture to less than one ppm, on the large meter dial. As the reading is specific to   water vapour, calibration is accurate for different gases. Accuracy is guaranteed to better than one part in a   million of moisture in very dry air or gas.

Up to 20 litres a minute flow for clearing the air supply pipe work without wetting the test chamber. Quick response from the sensor.

The heart of the meter is a molecular sieve moisture sensor with a rapid one second response time from dry to wet.(99%). Flow rate has no effect on the accurate measurement. Simple to use, blocking the outlet with a finger for a moment raises the measurement head.

SPECIFICATION

  § Dry air/gas hygrometers, scaled in Dewpoint, milli-bars and pascals, Peltier cooled mirror hygrometers with two years meter and sensor guarantee.        

          2. Calculator: brings  measurement units and also enables calculations to be made for moisture levels at different pressures.

A conversion table showing dewpoint temperature in Fahrenheit and Centigrade, with the equivalent moisture levels in mg/water per litre, lbs/water per million cubic feet, parts per million moisture by volume and moisture pressure in mm of mercury.

Dewpoint temperature at any given pressure to be converted to the equivalent dewpoint temperature at any other pressure – with the moisture content in ppm is shown.

3. Sensor Holder: Stainless steel, easy installation. The inlet and outlet connections are fitted with high quality stainless steel compression fittings designed for 1/8" (3 mm) outside diameter stainless steel/ copper pipe. Fittings for 1/4" (6.35 mm) or 6mm OD pipe can be supplied. Llarger pipes is not recommend, as this may cause the unit to have a longer response time. The unit has a design pressure rating of 245 bars (3600 psig).

4. Flow Indicator: This indicator can be used for visual indication of sample flow. A fine needle valve is incorporated, and the system is calibrated for the range 1 to 10 L/min. Fittings for 1/8" OD copper or stainless steel piping with fittings for 1/4" or 6mm OD pipe can be supplied. Maximum pressure 100 psig.

5.Filter unit: Stainless steel, the Filter is an excellent device for removing particulate contamination from sample gases. The filter cartridge is made from glass fiber and epoxy resin, and can be washed in most solvents to extend its lifetime. 99.99% removal of particles of 0.6 micron and above. The unit has a pressure rating of 300 bars (4408 Psig), 1/8" OD copper or stainless steel pipe [ fittings] is included. Fittings for 1/4" or 6mm OD pipe can be supplied. Using the filter unit is recommended, as it will increase response time.

6. Audible Alarm Unit: The alarm function  is fitted to instruments, provides a red warning light, may be used to control external equipment. In some cases an audible alarm is required. 110 or 230V AC power is needed. When energized it generate a pulsed tone of 73 db at 3 meters. A red warning lamp will silence the output when pressed, but the warning lamp remains on until the alarm condition ends. The unit resets automatically.

 7. Pressure Regulators: Suitable for inlet pressures up to 20 bars (294 Psig) and 400 bars (5878 Psig). The metal parts exposed to the sample gas are stainless steel. The small regulator is capable of reducing the sample gas to 1 bar(12.7 Psig) pressure in a single stage, but with gases like CO2 it is recommended to connect two regulators in series to give two-stage reduction. Supplied with fittings for 1/8" OD copper or stainless steel piping. Fittings can be supplied for 1/4" or 6mm pipe.

          8. Zener Barrier Unit: these instruments are used in a potentially hazardous areas where there is a high risk of fire/explosion. Petrochemical industries and oil/gas plants are two places, but there are many others involving the use dangerous gases.

There are two types of use:
1) Spot-check readings where the instrument has to be within the hazardous area (quality control).
2) Continuous operation is required, but it is possible to locate the instrument itself in a safe area. Where a safe area is available,  the sensor may be placed in the hazardous area using a zener barrier unit (sensor cable).

The latest portable Ullage, water detection, and temperature measuring digital system include tape wiper.

Application: Marines, oil/ or chemical Tankers

Detection of Ullage: Equipped with Ultrasonic system - Liquid filled in the gap between two sensors carries the vibrations from the transmitter to the receiver and activates an electronic switch to indicate "OIL/ or chemical" and changes the beeping tone be intermittent..

Detection of Interface: Two electrodes are used to measure the electrical resistance of water [polar molecule], which is many times lower than oil. This conductivity of water let the electrical current through and triggers a switch to indicate "WATER/ or possibly mixed with water for non-polar materials" and changes the beeping tone to continuous.

Temperature measurement: Temperature is measured simultaneously without playing with the switch.  It is constantly monitoring while the Ullage and interface levels are determined. Large segment LCD with green phosphorescent back light.

Tape Safety Indicator: Magnetic proximity Reed Switch to detect the probe position in Storage Barrel. This helps to prevent accidental closing of Deck Valve while the probe is below the deck. The damage on the tape is minimized by this safety feature.

This device in the recent innovated level indicator [Compact Interface Meter] in market. It has all of the superior technology built into this Model and more. This new Mini is designed to give a convenient small size and to operate for long and on only one standard 9V battery. The very low power consumption enables 300 hours or more of normal use.

The ergonomic small reel holds 65 ft. or 20 m of narrow flat tape and is fitted with a shorter probe. The handle has a cushioned grip and a probe holder. Mini Interface Meter gives a steady tone and light in product and intermittent signals in water.
