3. Sensor Holder: Stainless steel, easy installation. The inlet and outlet connections are fitted with high quality stainless steel compression fittings designed for 1/8" (3 mm) outside diameter stainless steel/ copper pipe. Fittings for 1/4" (6.35 mm) or 6mm OD pipe can be supplied. Llarger pipes is not recommend, as this may cause the unit to have a longer response time. 4. Flow Indicator: This indicator can be used for visual indication of sample flow. A fine needle valve is incorporated, and the system is calibrated for the range 1 to 10 L/min. Fittings for 1/8" OD copper or stainless steel piping with fittings for 1/4" or 6mm OD pipe can be supplied. Maximum pressure 100 psig. |

5.Filter unit: Stainless steel, the Filter is an excellent device for removing particulate contamination from sample gases. The filter cartridge is made from glass fiber and epoxy resin, and can be washed in most solvents to extend its lifetime. 99.99% removal of particles of 0.6 micron and above. The unit has a pressure rating of 300 bars (4408 Psig), 1/8" OD copper or stainless steel pipe [ fittings] is included. Fittings for 1/4" or 6mm OD pipe can be supplied. Using the filter unit is recommended, as it will increase response time. |

6. Audible Alarm Unit: The alarm function is fitted to instruments, provides a red warning light, may be used to control external equipment. In some cases an audible alarm is required. 110 or 230V AC power is needed. When energized it generate a pulsed tone of 73 db at 3 meters. A red warning lamp will silence the output when pressed, but the warning lamp remains on until the alarm condition ends. The unit resets automatically. |

7. Pressure Regulators: Suitable for inlet pressures up to 20 bars (294 Psig) and 400 bars (5878 Psig). The metal parts exposed to the sample gas are stainless steel. The small regulator is capable of reducing the sample gas to 1 bar(12.7 Psig) pressure in a single stage, but with gases like CO2 it is recommended to connect two regulators in series to give two-stage reduction. Supplied with fittings for 1/8" OD copper or stainless steel piping. Fittings can be supplied for 1/4" or 6mm pipe. |

The latest portable Ullage, water detection, and temperature measuring digital system include tape wiper. Important characteristics: Gas-Tight, Closed 2-Inch Probe UIT Application: Marines, oil/ or chemical Tankers Detection of Ullage: Equipped with Ultrasonic system - Liquid filled in the gap between two sensors carries the vibrations from the transmitter to the receiver and activates an electronic switch to indicate "OIL/ or chemical" and changes the beeping tone be intermittent.. Detection of Interface: Two electrodes are used to measure the electrical resistance of water [polar molecule], which is many times lower than oil. This conductivity of water let the electrical current through and triggers a switch to indicate "WATER/ or possibly mixed with water for non-polar materials" and changes the beeping tone to continuous. Temperature measurement: Temperature is measured simultaneously without playing with the switch. It is constantly monitoring while the Ullage and interface levels are determined. Large segment LCD with green phosphorescent back light. Tape Safety Indicator: Magnetic proximity Reed Switch to detect the probe position in Storage Barrel. This helps to prevent accidental closing of Deck Valve while the probe is below the deck. The damage on the tape is minimized by this safety feature. |
